We want you and your family to enjoy "AAA Magic Vacation" house, but we ask you; please treat the home as it is yours because it is for the time you are using it and you are responsible for anything that happens to the property.Home 

General Rules:

• The primary Guest must be age 25 or older

Check in: 4:00 PM

Check out: 10 AM

Note

• There will be a late checkout fee of $50.00 for late checkout beyond 11:20 pm.
• Late checkout fee of $150.00 for late checkout after 12 PM. Late checkout fee of $650.00 (or full day rate) for late checkout after 1 PM.
• PLUS guests will still be required to vacate. Late checkout after 12 PM that causes cancellation for the next guest will require reimbursement to the host for the cost of cancellation up to the entire length of stay of the next guest.

Smoking:

• No Smoking of any kind. STRICT $750.00+ Smoke Remediation fee.
• Smoking or Vaping of Any Kind is allowed only outdoors. The home is equipped with a FreshAir Smoke Detection System. IF SMOKE or Marijuana SMELL IS DETECTED IN THE HOUSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1000 TO HAVE to pay for the Air Scrubbers & Ionizer. -

Pets:

• Any Damage caused by your pet will be your responsibility
• DO NOT leave your pet unattended
• If you go to theme parks YOU MUST leave your pet in a cage
• No pets are allowed on the second floor because it is all carpet
• No pets are allowed on the beds.
• No Pets are allowed on the furniture
• No Pets are allowed IN THE POOL
• Be ready to pick up after your pet
• Only use designed areas for your pet needs.
• YOU MUST have or bring with you:
  • Bowls for food and water
  • Pet bed and cage
  • Pet toys 

Security Deposit

• if you damage the home, you will be charged up to the amount for repair or replacement.
• Security deposit required of $700.00 - The deposit is to be processed by the host on the guest's credit card.
• The guest is required to sign a renter agreement.

Noise Ordinance:

• Noise Please refrain from making any notice outside, past 11 pm as there is a nice ordinance.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If police are called to the scene, you will be fined up to $500 (the fine levied by the police) and your reservation will be canceled without refund
• We've equipped this property with a Minut sensor that monitors the home environment, including noise levels, occupancy, temperature, and humidity.
• It's 100% privacy-safe and helps us make sure our guests have a wonderful stay and neighbors are not disturbed.

 

Pool Rules:

• Your safety and your children's safety around the pool is your responsibility. Be cautious. You may be asked to sign a liability waiver before your arrival concerning the usage of the pool area. - By using the home, pool, you agree to take all responsibility and liability for physical harm or material damages to yourself or any other persons. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the private pool. Swim at your own risk. -Children must be accompanied by their parents. -
• No glass allowed in the backyard. Please use plastic cups and plates. And prefer beverages in cans over bottles.

Trash Pick-Up:

• Trash is picked up daily, also please put all trash out in trash bench on the morning you leave.

Additional rules House Rules:

• Do Not take any Furniture from Inside the House to the Outside! *
• No Parties or Events
• Guest may not cover, tamper or disconnect wifi, Ring Doorbell, Outside Blink Cameras, or Minut Sensor.

Extra Charges:

• Pool/ Spa Heater $50.00 multiplied by the number of days that the house was reserved. We turn-on on the first day and turn off on the last day of the reservation. Please, this request needs to be done 24 hours before the check-in day.
• Pet Fee $150 per animal. Please.
• You will be responsible for the cost to fix or replace for any of the following: -Rips, stains and/or tears to furniture, sheets, comforters, pillows or any other bedding item - Stains or scratches on the walls, damage to electrical plugs, missing TV cables and/or appliance cables -If we suspect that you have thrown a party, i.e., excessive garbage, excessive stains on floors, walls and/or any other signs that a party was held in the house.
• There is an additional guest fee of $20.00 per Night per guest after 12 guests, for additional guests. All guest counts must be disclosed. Undisclosed guests are subject to a $20.00 per night surcharge. If you need to change the number of guests, please contact the host to discuss
• You must also acknowledge: -Must climb stairs - 2-Story Home. 2 Master bedrooms on the main first floor.
